than they found it. Chealsea is firmly in the second category.

During her time with Perfected Claims and PFAS GA, Chealsea became a trusted leader,
community advocate, and culture-builder whose impact extended well beyond her formal
responsibilities. She stepped into a developing campaign environment and immediately brought
stability, structure, positivity, and care to both the team and the community we served.

One of Chealsea’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect people. Whether working with
clients, community leaders, local organizations, or internal teams, she consistently built trust
and fostered meaningful relationships. She understood that community outreach is about more
than events and meetings - it is about creating genuine connections that lead to lasting impact.
Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening PFAS GA’s presence in Northwest Georgia.

Through community engagement initiatives, storytelling projects, and local partnerships, she

challenges facing the community. Her work on the Stories We Carry initiative exemplified her
